Using practical models and step-by-step frameworks to evaluate problems and develop effective solutions.
Applying brainstorming, brainwriting, mind mapping, Fishbone Analysis, and other techniques to generate solutions.
Using SWOT analysis, group decision-making techniques, and structured evaluation methods to make stronger choices.
Evaluating alternatives, conducting cost-benefit analysis, planning implementation, measuring results, and adapting solutions for continuous improvement.
